Brainstorming is fun!

Nel corso degli ultimi giorni sono stata impegnata a organizzare il servizio fotografico per la linea vintage di Everydayrainbow. Avendo già selezionato i capi e i colori predominanti, ho chiesto alla mia amica e collega Linda di aiutarmi per lo styling e di guidarmi attraverso la difficile scelta degli abbinamenti. La fase di brainstorming è stata decisamente stimolante e mi ha spronata a superare i miei limiti, evitare le scelte più ovvie e cercare l'ispirazione nel futuro, piuttosto che nei trend passati. Il flusso di pensieri ci ha portate a considerare le prossime Olimpiadi di Londra come un buon punto di inizio per elaborare un mood giocoso e sportivo, da far risaltare con un pizzico di irriverenza data dagli accessori.

Spero che questa breve descrizione vi abbia incuriosite abbastanza, ne saprete di più nei prossimi giorni.

EDR @ Caracas Shop

Questo fine settimana sono stata a Terni, al Caracas Shop per organizzare il nostro spazio all'interno del negozio che ha rinnovato il locale e ha dato un aperitivo per l'occasione. Di seguito qualche foto del nostro corner.

Last weekend I have been in Terni, at Caracas Shop. I went there to settle our space inside the shop, which refurbished the premises and organised an event for the occasion. Here are some of the pictures I took of the Everydayrainbow corner.

Vintage advertising

A volte basta vedere un'immagine per ritrovarsi in epoche che non ci appartengono. Mi capita quando guardo stampe, manifesti, foto, ma soprattutto confezioni del passato. Anche a voi?

Sometimes I just need to see an image to be carried away in epoches I don't belong to. It often happens with prints, posters, photos and, moreover, with vintage packaging. Does it happen to you too?
