Even though this year seems like summer doesn't want to arrive here in the UK, I can't help but think of sunny days, hot temperature and icecream. So, for the lucky ones who actually live in a hot-weather country, this is a nice recipe for a fresh homemade dessert-snack. Pinapple and coconut pops.

Sebbene quest'anno sembri che l'estate non voglia proprio arrivare qui nel Regno Unito, non posso far altro che pensare a giornate di sole, temperature alte e gelato.
